SECTION 1.0
Statutory Compliance & Regulatory Framework
Cloud Tech Ghana operates in strict adherence to the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of the Republic of Ghana. We adhere to the fundamental principles of accountability, lawfulness of processing, data minimization, accuracy, security integrity, and data subject participation across all business engagements.
SECTION 2.0
Information We Collect
When you engage our engineering team, request quotations, purchase hardware, or open NOC support tickets, we collect: (a) Corporate & Contact Data (company name, registration details, authorized personnel, email, and telephone); (b) Technical Telemetry (IP allocations, MAC address logs, bandwidth metrics, and NOC alert telemetry for managed infrastructure clients); (c) Hardware & Procurement Records (serial numbers, MAC IDs, delivery addresses, and installation sign-off certificates); (d) Biometric Access Hashes (only where physical access control systems are deployed; note that raw fingerprint or facial images are never stored or transmitted by our cloud platforms—only one-way cryptographic mathematical templates).
SECTION 3.0
Purpose of Data Processing
We process collected data exclusively to: fulfill turnkey engineering and hardware procurement contracts; provide 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) monitoring, fault remediation, and field technician dispatch; process official milestone invoicing, payments, and statutory tax reporting; provide security patches and firmware lifecycle management; and communicate critical infrastructure advisories.
SECTION 4.0
Data Sovereignty & Infrastructure Security
All enterprise records and live telemetry data are encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Physical access to on-premise NOC terminals is restricted to certified systems engineers under strict multi-factor authentication and continuous biometric surveillance. We maintain regular local and geographically isolated encrypted backups.
SECTION 5.0
Third-Party Services & Integrations
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties. We only integrate with regulated, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Paystack, MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, Visa, Mastercard) for online payments, and enterprise communication channels (Tawk.to, WhatsApp Business API) to deliver real-time live support.
SECTION 6.0
Data Retention & Purging Lifecycle
Procurement records, warranties, and fiscal invoices are retained for seven (7) years in compliance with Ghanaian corporate and tax laws. Transient network diagnostic telemetry and connection logs are automatically purged after ninety (90) days unless active forensic investigation requires extended archival.
SECTION 7.0
Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Act 843, you have the right to: request access to personal information we hold about you; request correction of erroneous or outdated records; object to processing for direct marketing purposes; and request data deletion subject to statutory legal retention requirements.
